This is an original message template, not a provider form. Add the reservation reference only in the provider’s private support channel. Do not include a full payment-card number or passport scan in a public post. If you need a different room, connecting rooms or accessible features, include those requirements explicitly.
Check the calendar date if you land after midnight
For a Seoul arrival after midnight, explain the actual arrival date and time to the accommodation and ask which booked night permits access to the room.
For example, arriving at 01:00 on 18 November does not by itself tell you whether a reservation starting on 18 November provides immediate access. Ask the property to confirm the required check-in date, late-arrival procedure and room retention arrangement in writing. This example illustrates a question to ask; it is not a statement of a particular hotel’s policy.
