Global YES24’s official FAQ says that its ticket service requires a separate signup from an existing YES24 account, including the separate global shopping service. Before submitting, read the labels carefully rather than putting your entire name into whichever box appears first. Avoid nicknames and do not assume a saved browser profile has filled the fields correctly. A working login is one step, not proof of eligibility for every presale. Treat membership checks, event-specific verification and general account registration as separate questions.
Check whether Global YES24 requires verified membership
Global YES24 lists an identity-check process for selected performances marked “Verified Member Only”; an ordinary login is not that verification. Read the current FAQ and the exact performance notice before submitting any identity material.
The FAQ describes passport and face checks and directs pending or declined cases to official support. Use only the verification route reached through the official account or show page. Global YES24’s FAQ tells visitors collecting tickets at the venue to bring valid physical identification, referring to a passport, and their booking confirmation; it also makes the individual performance’s notice the controlling reference.
For your own booking, write down the performance date, quantity, seat or admission category, ticket delivery method and required next step. If several people are attending, establish whose identity is attached to each ticket and whether the holder must collect it personally. Never infer that a screenshot or a friend’s passport copy will be sufficient.
Keep a private backup of ordinary booking details where permitted, but do not assume a saved screenshot can replace a live mobile ticket. Review the organizer’s instructions again before leaving your accommodation.
