Confirm three details before booking your Incheon transfer
For an Incheon-to-Seoul family transfer, confirm three things together: the child restraint, space for the complete group and luggage, and the pickup arrangement.
- Describe your full group. Count adults and children separately. Provide any child measurements the operator needs through its private channel.

Do not add the largest advertised passenger figure to the largest baggage figure and assume the combination works. A stroller and installed seats can change the layout. We have not independently checked a simultaneous maximum load for either provider.

Give flight and accommodation details through the provider's official private channel when needed. Public community questions do not need children's names, passport images, booking references or hotel room numbers.
If a reply only says “seat requested,” ask whether the equipment has actually been allocated. If the requested arrangement cannot be confirmed, compare another option before committing. Keep both the request and the reply so that the information is available if the assigned vehicle changes.
Match the plan to Incheon Terminal 1 or Terminal 2
At Incheon Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, a workable family pickup needs a confirmed meeting point and a contact method you can use after landing.
